We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. We believe mutual respect is imperative in building successful relationships which is why we've adopted the following policies:

Appointments

When scheduling, please let us know at least 2 different dates and times you are available.

Office Hours:

  • Sunday 10:30am - 5:00pm
  • Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Tuesday 9:00am - 8:00pm
  • Wednesday 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm


Arriving

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, 15 minutes if you are a new client to fill out our health intake form. Remember, your appointment time is when your massage actually starts! Arriving 10 minutes before ensures you and your therapist can discuss your goals for the session and that you can get your full massage that day.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment a phone call is appreciated. We will do our best to accommodate you but we must stay on schedule with the rest of our clients for the day. You will be expected to pay in full for your appointment even if it is cut short.

Cancellations

24 hours notice for all cancellations is necessary, failure to do so will result in a gift certificate being voided or full payment received.

Draping

All clients are covered by a sheet/towel at all times. We uncover the area we are working on at the moment and make sure both of us are comfortable during the session. There are no exceptions.
